AimSight

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 June 2026

AimSight is a training companion for target-sport practice. This policy explains what data the app uses, why it is used, and the controls available to you.

Data we collect and store

AimSight stores the information needed to provide the app's core features, including account details, sessions, targets, shots, scores, preferences, and optional notes you add.

If you choose to use target scanning, AimSight may upload target images for automated analysis and store scan/debug media linked to your account and sessions.

How we use your data

What we do not do

AimSight does not sell your personal data. AimSight does not use your training history for targeted advertising.

Permissions

The app may request network access for API communication and camera/photo access when you choose to scan a target. You can still enter scores manually if you do not use scanning.

Advertising

For users on the free tier, the app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. To serve these ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process device-level identifiers (such as Advertising ID or IDFA) and basic telemetry. You can manage or revoke your consent for personalized ads at any time via App Preferences > Ad privacy choices.

Data export and deletion

You can export account-linked training data from the app. You can also delete your account and associated app data, including sessions, targets, shots, and stored scan images.

For account deletion instructions, visit Account deletion.
