Account deletion
You can delete your AimSight account and associated app data directly from the app.
Important:
Account deletion is permanent. It removes account-linked sessions, targets, shots, and stored scan images from AimSight backend services.
Delete your account in the app
- Open AimSight and sign in.
- Go to your account or Data & Privacy screen.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
What is deleted
- Your AimSight account record.
- Training sessions linked to your account.
- Targets and shots linked to those sessions.
- Stored scan/debug target media linked to those targets.
What may remain temporarily
Some operational logs, backups, or email delivery records may remain for a limited time where required for security, troubleshooting, legal, or abuse-prevention purposes.
Need help?
If you cannot access the app, contact info@aimsight.app from the email address linked to your account and request account deletion.
